The choice to show up in your own life is the choice to be truly alive. It is the acknowledgment of your own “weird,” the awareness of what makes you unique. It requires being present to see the yin and yang in your everyday life: all the uncertainty and celebration, all the hustle and flow. It calls you to mindfully inhale and exhale and honestly honor the struggle and the successes.
